Misschien is het ergens nuttig om op een pagina Google maps te embedden, vandaar deze pagina.
Embedding of a Google Map goes as follows.
Google account, prepare and create map
You have to have a Google account, and prepared & saved your map in your account including all landmarks, paths and correct zoomlevel. Best is using Internet Explorer instead of Firefox.
Embed code
In Google Maps, click "Link" in the top right corner of the map you created. Copy the code under "HTML to use on website". This code is probably as follows:

And in wiki...
Now in wiki (to embed your map) paste the code above and use ONLY use the code in RED, and put this code between the tags <embedurl>xxxxxxxxx</embedurl>
So this will look like:

Change zoom level
If you think the zoomlevel of the map is not correct; add the following code AFTER the existing code: &z=15
Note: zoomlevel can change between z=1 and z=17.

Resulting map:
Flickr photo in a Google Map
You can only embed a Flickr photo in a Google Maps placemark. To do so choose HTML-format in the Google Maps placemark and type:<IMG SRC="http://farm1.static.flickr.com/119/257178671_77a89bc655_m.jpg">; of course choose the right URL of the photo.
Spaces in URL's, names etc.
If you embed a photo or something else, it is strongly advisable NOT to have blanks (spaces) in the names of URL's, files etc., for instance on Youtube, Flickr, Maps or Skydrive. Instead of spaces use underscores (_) or the minus sign (-). <no wiki> Do NOT use ' or * and & either </no wiki>. This will cause problems in the Wiki and provide you with links not working.
